Principal’s Newsletter – May 20, 2013

On Wednesday, May 15th, our second graders celebrated their class mass by crowning Our Lady with a variety of flowers donated by our school families. Volunteers worked tirelessly that morning to prepare the arches and platform for the statue of Mary. The annual tradition of the May crowning is one of the highlights for second grade, as they get to wear their First Communion outfits and receive the Eucharist for the first time as a class.
