Hello Everybody I'm so happy I graduated from St. Irenaeus Parish School, I really keep
Mrs. Hembreiker in my heart for being a excellent Principal as well as all my wonderful teachers,
I really appreciated they give me the opportunity to grow as a good person and with faith in God,
I always remember the good times playing basketball, and sharing lunch with my friends...very much fun!!!...St.I is just the best for me with lots of good memories.
Miss you guys. St I students rock! Some of the best memories of my life are within the confines of that beautiful campus.

Class of 1978 - Just was wondering if anyone from my class reads this.
Hope everyone is doing good. I went to SI from 2nd grade and graduated
8th in 1978. I had a wonderful time during my time there. If anyone has
any info on class reunions please let me know. I moved to NJ in 1980 and
I still live here. I vacationed in Ca. in 1998 and visited S.I. and it
brought back such great memories. I might be visiting again this year.
Whatever happened to Mary-Beth Hedrick, class of 1980?
I just got back from science camp and had so much fun! Now I'm looking forward to the next Servite play. I am in Mrs.Scott's class
St. Irenaeus was my school when I was little, visiting this web-page and l
ooking at the pictures brought back very lovely memories. My fifth grade teacher
was Mrs. D'Agustino. Merry Christmas to all!

and drop me a line if you can. Mahalo for all your friendships and I hope that you

I just wanted to tell everyone who has been associated with St. Is about Mrs. Valenzuela.
For those who didn't know, she has retired to care for her new grand daughter.
Mrs. Valenzuela was the embodiment of the Christ-like example that every teacher
who works in a catholic school should have. She will be greatly missed.
I encourage anyone who feels the same as I do to say so.
Wats up St. I? I can't believe I'm going into sixth grade summer is going by so fast its already july 27.
One month and 2 days till school I think. Well just wanted 2 drop by and leave message! I love St.I =)
Hey class of '86. I love Tony's idea of a 25 year reunion.
If anybody has any ideas or could help please let me know.
Just To Say Hello !
All The Best For All Parishioners And Guests.
I left St.I at the end of 6th grade back in 1984. Would have graduated with my class of 1986, but moved to Rancho Cucamonga, 91701 area to get away from the Lakewood area I lived in. My sister and I walked 1 hr to get to school and back, but I really enjoyed playing after school sports for ST.I because we had a dominating class back then. I still remember those speedsters Rory M, Jason O, Andy and myself in the relays and football plus basketball. Marco Castaneda was cool too. Thank you Coach Martinez for believing in me. My best moment before I moved away was being awarded the MVP trophy that award night for football and I never got the chance to say goodbye to anyone. Life is great now and I owe alot of it to the discipline of ST.I and my parents. This experience was well worth it and the education was far above the schools I attended later. Father John used to come out at recess and play basketball with us, and I enjoyed being part of the communion services with my friend!
s wearing the white gown and helping the father during mass(many masses during school). What an experience looking back! Well take care for now. Kenny Trejo

Hello Class of 1968! I see Patrick McNiff is in the guestbook, Hi Pat!
There were over 50 of us when we graduated from 8th grade. So many great
memories from all years. Mother Anne was our 3rd grade teacher and 1st principal.
There were only 4 grades in 1963, 1st - 4th. Sister Shelia (Ms. Timmons)
was our 8th grade teacher. There were Sister's Ambrose, Sebastian and Raphael,
Mrs. Keenan, Mr. Tester and Mrs. DeGuia. I know I'm forgetting someone!
Remember Theresa Mello, Ben VanLoon, Margaret Klepies and Joe Randazzo!
Carleen, Mark (Ficke, Aguilar and Vitale) Robert, Joan, Carolyn and Susan!
Chris (my singing buddy), Johanna, Steven (my 1st kiss), Peter, Stephen,
Eddie, Larry, Kit and of course Russell. There's so many classmates
(many I'm forgetting), thanks for all the great childhood memories!
Let's get together for our 40th reunion in 2008 and share our grandkids pictures!!

semester, but I do not know who I have for a teacher, but
what I do know is their both goood teachers. My teacher
for the year 2001-2002 was Mrs.Scott, well I guess I'll see
what's on on the site latter. [:)]
This may be a shot in the dark. I attended St. I from 1st-4th grades,
1966-1970. I had Mrs. Aguilar, Mrs. Diagiacinto, Sr. Maria Goretti
and one other teacher I forgot. In 1970 my family moved to NYC
when I was 10 little did I know my life would be changing forever;
I grew up in NYC after that where I still reside. However, I still
have and cherish those class pictures from the 4 years I attended and
I often wonder, what happened to these other kids? I have such fond
memories of St. I, especially "hot lunch" days of hot dogs and
hamburgers (the sauce was my absolute favorite on the hamburger,
never to be duplicated anywhere I've been!). I remember quite a
few of my classmates' names and running out to the schoolyard
at recess to play kickball. I'm now a legal secretary in NYC
with two children, ages 11 and 5. I would like to hear from
anyone who was in my class during these four years!
Anyone fit the bill? Lori
