How to Apply

Prospective Parents and Students

Applications are still being accepted for the 2012-2013 school year.

Please download and complete the following:

  • Students applying for Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1st.
  • Students applying for first grade must be 6 years old by September 1st.

At the time of application, you must submit the following items for each child applying or applications will not be accepted:

  • New student application (download from above)
  • Birth Certificate (each child applying)
  • Baptismal Certificate (only if baptized Catholic)
  • Proof of Immunizations (each child applying)
  • $50 Application Fee per child (this fee is non-refundable)
  • For students entering grades 2 through 7 please provide the most current completed quarter and prior year report card(s) and standardized test scores from prior two years

Testing

  • A testing fee of $30 is due at the time of application.
  • Kindergarten through Grade 7:  By appointment

St. Irenaeus Tuition Grant & Aid Program

Applications for the Tuition Grant & Aid Program  for 2012-2013 are now being accepted online at www.factstuitionaid.com. A $25 application fee must be paid at the time of application. Deadline for completed applications  is Monday, February 20, 2012.
